Notary Services and Pricing
Our notaries are commissioned in the state of Pennsylvania. Notaries are commissioned to perform physical notarizations within the state of Pennsylvania or Remote Online Notarizations (RONs).
A RON allows a notary to perform notarial acts with a customer virtually, instead of the signer appearing in person. PA online notaries can perform electronic notarizations for US citizens who do not live in Pennsylvania - the signer can even be located internationally, as long as the notary is physically within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at the time of the notarization.
If you are not a Pennsylvania resident, please verify that your local jurisdiction will accept a remote online notarization from an out-of-state notary.
Also note, you may not print a document, sign it by hand, then scan it to our notaries to be notarized. This process of signing must be done on the RON platform.
What Is Needed?
These are the 4 things you will need in order for our notaries to perform a remote online notarization for you
Document
A digital copy of the document you need signed and notarized. You will be able to send this to us prior to your session.
Computer or Tablet
You will need a computer or tablet with a webcam, microphone, and a connection to the internet to join the session.
Phones may work, but are not recommended due to the small screen size.
In order to send the notarization session link to you, a valid email address will be needed. This is how you will receive your notarized documents after the signing.
Valid Government Issued ID
A valid, non-expired government issued photo ID is required for the notary to verify your identity (passport, driver's license, government issued ID).
This must contain a photo and signature of the individual.
Pricing
Pennsylvania State Notary Fees
A Pennsylvania notary is not allowed to charge more than the rates below for a notarial stamp. These fees are set by the Pennsylvania Department of State.

Administrative & Travel Charges
Pennsylvania notaries public may charge a clerical or administrative fee for services they have provided related to the notarial act, such as copying documents, postage, travel, and phone calls. These fees are not set by the Department of State.
